摘要
目的 :分析儿童抗癫痫药物的血药浓度监测结果 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 :以荧光偏振免疫法 (FPIA)对 194例癫痫患儿进行血药浓度监测。结果 :达到有效血药浓度 112例 (5 7.73% ) ,低于有效血药浓度 6 3例 (32 .4 7% ) ,高于有效血药浓度 19例 (9.79% )。结论 :血药浓度监测对抗癫痫药 (AED)治疗癫痫的个体化用药具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To analyze the result from monitoring serum concentration of children with epilepsies treated with AED so as to guide clinical rational administration.Method: The serum concentrations of 194 children with epilepsy was monitored by fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA).Result: Reach of effective blood concentration was 112 cases( 57.73%),63 cases( 32.47%)was lower than that, and 19 cases( 9.79%) was higher than that.Conclusion: The result is indicated that it is important for epileptic children with AED monotherapy individually to monitor serum drug concentration.
