白屈菜总生物碱的祛痰止咳作用

Study on relieving cough and eliminating phlegm of total alkloid from Chelidonium majus

目的 :观察白屈菜总生物碱 (TACM)的祛痰止咳作用。方法 :TACM 10 ,2 0 ,4 0mg·kg-1,ig给药 ,经小鼠气管段酚红排泌量法观察TACM的祛痰作用、电刺激猫的喉上神经引咳实验观察TACM的止咳作用。结果 :TACM明显增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量 ,与空白对照组比较 ,差异具显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;显著提高猫的致咳阈电压 ,与空白对照组比较 ,差异具极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,并持续 3h以上。结论 :TACM有明显的止咳祛痰作用 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the relieving cough and eliminate phlegm effects of total alkaloid from Chelidonium majus L.(TACM).METHODS TACM of 10,20,40 mg·kg -1 was administered by ig to mice and cats. The effect of eliminating phlegm and of reliving cough was investigated by measuring the volume of phenolsulfonphthalein in mice's tracheas, and by measuring threshold voltage induced cough in cats.RESULTS TACM can obviously increase the secreted volume of phenolsulfonphthalein in mice's tracheas and raise the threshold voltage induced cough in cats.CONCLUSION TACM showed an obvious effect of eliminating the phlegm and reliving cough.
