高效液相色谱法测定人血清中碘解磷定浓度

目的 :测定人血清中碘解磷定的浓度。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,检测波长为 2 95nm。结果 :碘解磷定的平均绝对回收率为 94 .4 0 % ,RSD为 4 .5 % ;平均方法回收率为 10 0 .4 % ,RSD为 3.2 % ;日内和日间RSD均小于 5 %。检测限为 0 .0 2mg·L-1。结论 :方法快速、准确、灵敏度高 ,可用于碘解磷定的血药浓度监测及药动学研究。

OBJECTIVE To determine the concentration of pralidoxime iodide in human serum.METHODS A method of HPLC was used. The wavelength of detector was 295 nm.RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.1 ～50 mg·L -1 .The average absolute recovery was 94.40% ,RSD= 4.5% and the method recovery was 100.40% ,RSD= 3.2% .The RSD of intra-day and inter-day were all not more than 5%.The detection limit was 0.02 mg·L -1 .CONCLUSION This method is rapid,simple and accurate and is suitable for the determination of serum concentration of pralidoxime iodide.
