摘要
用粉末冶金法制取了Al2 O3 Cu纳米颗粒增强复合材料 ,测试了不同增强体体积下的力学性能并观察了其形貌。在一定范围内 ,随着增强体体积的增加 ,其硬度也在增加。并用镶嵌残余应力模型计算解释了Al2 O3 Cu纳米复合材料的强化机理。
Al 2O 3-Cu nano-particle reinforcement composite was fabricated with powder metallurgy method. The mechanical property under different volume fraction of reinforcing particle was tested and the surface morphologies was observed. In a certain range,the hardness increased with the increasing volume of reinforcing particle. On the basis of the mosaic residual stress strengthening model,the strengthening mechanism of Al 2O 3-Cu nano-composites was calculated and explained.
