摘要
讨论了轴承 转子系统的非线性动力分析 ,由此计算轴心轨迹 ,并研制开发了滑动径向轴承轴颈轨迹数值实验软件系统。能指导设计人员预先了解轴承的运行状态 ,从而提高了滑动轴承和机械产品的设计质量和效率 ,在应用中具有很强的实用性。
The nonlinear dynamics of a bearing-rotor system was studied in this paper. Base on the analysis results,we simulated the orbit of bearing-rotor. When the system is running,the orbit of rotor is related to the press distributing of oil film. In order to simulate the orbit of nonlinear elastic bearing-rotor,we used the usually unlimited long bearing model,and obtained the numerical results. Practical results show that this method is feasible. We also developed a CAD system for simulation and visualization.
