摘要
目的获得L 异亮氨酸最佳发酵条件。方法根据代谢控制发酵原理 ,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计考查了发酵培养基中几种主要成分对L 异亮氨酸发酵的影响 ,通过MATLAB软件获得最佳发酵培养基配比 ,并研究了各种发酵条件对黄色短杆菌生物合成L 异亮氨酸的影响。结果在优化条件下 ,L 异亮氨酸产率可达 2 1 1 2g·L-1。结论发酵条件的优化控制对微生物发酵生产L 异亮氨酸十分重要。
Objective To achieve the optimum conditions of L-iso- leucine fermetation.Method Being based on the theory of metabolic control fermentation,the influence of several major components in fermentation medium on the L-iso- leucine fermentation was studied by means of the rotation composite design of quadratic regression.Using MATLAB software package the optimal fermentation medium proportions were obtained.The conditions of shake-flask fermentation were studied by experiments of one factor.Result Under the optimun conditions, 21.12 g·L -1 L-iso- leucine would be produced.Conclusion The optimun control of the fermentation conditions are very important to L-iso- leucine fermentation.
