为了提高高校图书馆的外文期刊保障能力 ,节省各馆经费开支 ,避免外刊资源浪费 ,在全国范围内实现外刊资源协作共享已势在必行。本文阐述了外刊资源共享的紧迫性、可行性以及目前应做的几项工作。

It is instant and necessary to share foreign language journal resources throughout China in order to enhance the indemnification of foreign language journals, reduce fund in buying foreign language journals and get off low utilization of foreign language journals in individual libraries This paper discusses the urgency and feasibility in sharing foreign journals resources and put forwards suggestion on doing academic libraries at present time
