扶正解毒化瘀汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎70例疗效观察

Treatment of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia in Children by Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Tang: A Clinical Observation of 70 Cases

目的:观察扶正解毒化瘀汤治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:70例均以扶正解毒化瘀汤(处方:黄芪、太子参、金银花、连翘、板蓝根、芦根、浙贝母、鱼腥草、桔梗、半枝莲、麻黄)辨证加减煎汤内服,每天1剂,10天为1疗程。结果:临床治愈67例,好转2例,无效1例。总有效率为98.6％。血沉(ESR)、血白细胞(WBC)、血凝集试验(CHT)等指标与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:扶正解毒化瘀汤对小儿支原体肺炎有较好的治疗效果。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu Tang (FJHT) for mycoplasmal pneumonia in children (MPC). Methods: 70 cases of MPC were treated by FJHT(composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Pseudostellariae, Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Isatidis, Rhizoma Phragmitis, Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii, Herba Houttuyniae, Radix Platycodonis, Herba Scutellar-iae Barbatae and Radix Ephedrae) with modification for internal use, 1 dose daily, 10 days as a course of treatment. Results: 67 cases were clinically cured, 2 cases improved and 1 case transferred to another hospital, the total effective rate being 98. 6% . Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, white blood cell count and blood agglution test showed very significant difference as compared with before treatment showed ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: FJHT possessed a good curative effect for MPC.
