摘要
在质量分数为 5 0 %的硫酸水溶液中 ,通过加热二芳醚的邻位芳胺重氮盐 ,合成了 8种二苯并呋喃及其衍生物 ( 2a~ 2h ,R =H ,2 Cl,2 Br,2 Me ,2 Bu t,2 OMe ,3 OMe ,4 Me) ,产率为 6 5 %~ 70 % ,产物经过元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱等进行了表征 ,研究了影响反应的条件 ,得出了反应的最佳温度为135℃ 。
By heating diazo salt of corresponding ortho-amine of diphenyl ether in the presence of a mass fraction of 50% sulfuric acid, eight dibenzofuran and its derivatives (2a~2h, R=H,2-Cl,2-Br,2-Me, 2-Bu- t ,2-OMe,3-OMe,4-Me) were synthesized in yields of 65%~70% and their structures were characterized by MS, HRMS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and elemental analysis. The conditions of the reaction were investigated, the optimum temperature of the reaction was 135 ℃. A possible mechanism was proposed.
