Described are the operation and development of ICE 3——the latest flagship product of German Federal Railway. Mainly expounded are the car disposition, interior equipment, traction equipment, braking system, power supply system and diagnostic system, etc. of ICE 3 train-set. And comparison is made for the ICE series products.
