摘要 首先简述移动 IP的工作原理 ,接着较详细介绍 Diameter基础协议和基于该协议的移动 IP应用 .在此基础上 ,分析和探讨了基于 Diameter的移动 IP应用中仍然存在的一些问题 ,如移动节点在不同外部代理之间的长切换时延 ,并给出相应的解决方案 . The principle of the Mobile IP was firstly introduced. Then the Diameter base protocol and the Diameter mobile IPv4 application were presented, which are specified by the AAA working group in the IETF. When the Diameter mobile IPv4 application being deployed in the third mobile communication systems, some problems, such as the long handoff delay between the different foreign agents, were analyzed and pointed out. In the end, our solutions to these problems were given.
