摘要
以十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液作为润滑液,以石墨作为辅助电极,以氮化硅/黄铜摩擦片组成摩擦副,考察了自行研制的电控摩擦离合器试验台的工作特性及摩擦力矩对外加电场响应特性.结果表明,当外加电压从0V增加到20V时,电控摩擦离合器的摩擦力矩增大约2倍,摩擦力矩随外电压变化的响应时间约为3s.据此可以认为,电控摩擦技术可望应用于摩擦传动装置.
A clutch based on voltage-controlled friction phenomenon was designed and manufactured to examine the clutch characteristics and the response of the friction torque of a brass/silicon nitride rubbing pair to the external potential. Thus the effect of the external potential on the friction behavior of the brass/silicon nitride pair was examined under the lubrication of saturated sodium laurylsulfonate, with the brass plate to be the cathode and four graphite plates connected to the brass plate as the anodes. It was found that the output torque and friction coefficient of the frictional pair was changed by a factor of 2 upon the applying of 20 V external voltage. The response time of the friction to an external square-wave voltage was about 2~5 s at the rising stage and about 3~8 s at the dropping stage. It was therefore supposed that the voltage-controlled friction technology could be applied to friction transmission.
