旋风筒是悬浮预热器的重要组成部分,其主要设计目标是提高分离效率,降低压力损失,减小建筑高度和保持无故障运转。为了实现上述目标,首先要合理确定旋风筒的尺寸。本文在统计数字的基础上,对旋风筒各部尺寸进行了分析,并给出若干建议和数据。

The Cyclone is an important constituent of a suspension preheater. The main design objectives for the cyclone are higher separation efficiency, lower pressure drop, reduced building height and frouble-free operation. In order to hit the targets mentioned above it must be achieved primarily by reasonable dimensioning of the cyclone. This artical makes an analysis for the main dimensions at various parts of a cyclone based on the statistical method, and gives a number of recommendations and data for design.
