ISSR Technology and Its Applications in Fruit Trees

摘要 ISSR是一种基于微卫星序列发展起来的新的分子标记,具有简便、稳定、DNA多态性高等优点。ISSR标记呈孟德尔式遗传,大部分ISSR标记为显性标记。综合有关文献就ISSR的原理、操作及其在果树种质鉴定、遗传多样性检测、亲缘关系分析和遗传图谱构建等方面的应用和进展进行简要的阐述。 Inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)is a microsatellite-based technique being used for genetic and breeding studies as a new molecular marker.ISSR markers are a quick,simple and reliable method and may also generate greater DNA polymorphism.ISSR markers are inherited and segr egated in Mendelian fashion and most of which behave as dominant markers.This paper emphasizes on the principle and procedures of ISSR and its application to germplasm identification,ge-netic diversity detection,phylogenetic analysis, and genetic map construction in fruit trees.
