摘要
常温条件下,研究用微气调袋套袋包装赤叶荔枝(LitchichinensisSonn.cv.Chiye)果实的保鲜效果与果实的生理变化。结果表明:套袋包装可使荔枝果实货架期延长3d,果实的商业品质能较好地保持,果实呼吸速率、乙烯释放量、果皮细胞膜透性及多酚氧化酶活性均受到明显抑制。
Under ambient temperature,the effects of bagging wi th micro-adjustment of air composition(BMAAC)on fruit freshness keeping qualit y of Chiye litchi variety and some of the physiological changes of the fruit w ere studied.The results indicated that the self-life of litchi fruit packaged with BMAAC was prolonged for more than3days,and the eating quality was well m aintained.Lab data also showed that the respiration rate,ethylene production, cell membrane permeability and PPO activities were distinctly inhibited.
