摘要
在无溶剂的条件下,香豆素 3 甲酰氯与等当量的各种芳胺在室温下研磨可快速、定量地得到N 芳基 香豆素 3 酰胺(1a~1i).该法与传统的溶液法相比较具有无有机溶剂污染、反应速度快、产率高和后处理简单等诸多优点.
The reactions of coumarin-3-carboxylic acid chloride with equivalent of various arylamines under solventless and room-temperature grinding condition expeditiously gained N-aryl-coumarin-3-carboxamides in quantitative yield.This synthetic strategy compared with traditional solution protocol has advantages of no organic solvent pollution,elevating reaction rate,high yield and simple work-up procedure.
