木通属植物是传统的药用植物,具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利尿、止痛、抗风湿等多方面的活性.综述了该属植物的化学成分及药理活性的研究进展,其中主要对三萜及三萜皂甙成分作了总结.

Akebia Decne is a traditional pharmic plant,which possesses lots of activites,such as anticancer,antitumour,antiphlogistic,diuretic,analgesic and antirheumatic.The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of this genus are summarized in this review,also list the triterpenes and triterpene saponins isolated from the plants Akebia Decne.
