Analysis of petroleum pollutants in Yumen's mining areas by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry

摘要 石油是各种烃类组成的一种复杂混合物.利用GC MS法对玉门矿区的管道原油、落地原油以及被石油污染的土壤和污染地区不同地点的水样进行了有机污染物的分析.结果表明,从管道原油、落地原油、土样、1号水样和2号水样中分别检出有机物90种、84种、30种、60种、19种,其中属于美国EPA公布的优先污染物分别为37种、20种、2种、14种、2种,分别占所检出有机物的41%,24%,6 6%,23%,10%.利用GC MS法比传统的分析方法获得了更多石油组分的信息,这为研究水、沉积物和土壤中石油污染物的组分提供了监测手段,同时此法也为研究环境中石油污染物的迁移转化及归趋问题提供了理论基础. Petroleum is a kind of complex mixture containing hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon compounds with various physical and chemical properties.In this paper,gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were used to analysis crude oil in pipline and bulk,and water samples comprising petroleum contaminants at separate sites in Yumen's mining areas.The results showed that there were 90,84,30,60,19 kinds of organic matters examinated in pipeline crude oil,bulk oil,soil sample,and water samples 1,2 respectively.Among them,there were 37,20,2,14,2 kinds of priority pollutants respectively that were published by Environmental Protection Agency in the United States.These priority pollutants occupied 41%,24%,6.6%,23%,10% respectively in all organic matters.More information of petroleum compounds were obtained by using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry than by traditional methods.It provided an examination measure for analysing petroleum pollutants in water,sediment and soil.It also provided a theoretical foundation for the transfer of petroleum pollutants.
