以累积降雨总量为判别条件的防洪调度方式的探索

Discussion on flood control regulation mode taking cumulative rain fall amount as judgment factor

本文考虑将累积净雨总量作为碧流河水库改变泄流方式的判别条件,以原规划设计指标作为约束条件,拟定水库防洪调度方式,以期提高水库的汛限水位,提高洪水资源的利用率。

The paper takes the cumilative net rainfall amount as the judgment factor to change discharging mode of Biliuhe reservoir, taking the original planning design as restraint condition, the flood control regulation mode of reservoir is devised to raise limited water level before flood and utilization factor of flood resources.
