摘要
教学流派是指一些教学主张相近、教学风格相似的教师在教学艺术实践中自觉或不自觉、正式或非正式地结合在一起并在一定范围内产生影响的教学派别。它与教学模式、教学风格和教学方法等既有区别又有联系。教学流派的产生需要一定的条件和因素,其形成模式是多种多样的。为增强教学的个性,取得教学事业的实质性突破,我们应当本着“百家争鸣、百花齐放”的精神,创造并繁荣我国的教学流派。
Teachers who have similar teaching ideas and styles will tend to form a group consciously or unconsciously, formally or informally. The group, the so-called teaching school, usually has its influence within a certain range. It is both related to and different from the teaching pattern, style and method. Generally speaking, some conditions and factors are needed in the formation of a teaching school and its pattern of formation is also varied. For the purpose of strengthening teaching individuality and achieving substantive breakthrough in teaching, we should create and boom the schools of teaching based on the spirit of letting a hundred of flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend.
