摘要
在对现有发电侧竞价交易模式进行比较分析的基础上,提出一种可操作的发电侧电力市场竞价交易模式———基于由固定成本和变动成本之和确定容量合同电价的“容量合同+效率置换+适时市场”模式。经系统仿真和实际试运营,这种模式是切实可行的。该模式有利于实现资源的优化配置、降低发电总成本。
Based on the analysis of existing bidding modes for generation-side power market,an operable bidding mode called'capacity contract+efficiency replacement+timely market'is put forward,which determines the capacity contract price by the sum of fixed cost and variable cost.It is pro-ved reliable and feasible by the system simulation and actual application in power market.The mo-de is propitious to realize optimal configuration of resource and reduce total generation cost.
