摘要
随着光纤通信在电力系统中的广泛应用,光纤保护的应用也越来越多。分析了影响光纤保护正常运行的若干原因,重点分析了光纤通信网的某些运行特点(如自愈环切换、通道传输的延时变化等)对光纤保护的影响。同时也提出了光纤保护通道接口部分电磁兼容EMC(ElectroMagneticCompatibility)问题导致光纤保护通道告警、保护出口闭锁的问题。针对上述问题,结合现场的运行经验,提出了光纤保护现场运行中的注意事项和防范措施。
Optic protections are used widely in power system along with the development of optic communication network.Some factors,which are impacting on the operation of optic protections,are analyzed,especially some special characters of the optic communication network,such as self-hea-ling network switching,signal transmission delay,etc.The communication channel alarm and pro-tective output blocking caused by the EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility)problems of channel interfacing are discussed too.Precautions and countermeasures are proposed according to site experiences.
