摘要
随着数字技术和互联网技术的发展 ,数字图书馆已经成为传统图书馆的发展方向。这与知识经济和经济全球化的发展是相适应的。数字图书馆的建设涉及到一系列新的著作权保护的问题。文章从数字图书馆信息资源建设、用户服务以及数字图书馆管理三个方面对数字图书馆建设过程中的著作权保护问题加以论述 。
With the development of digital technology and the Internet, digital libraries have become one of the trends of development for traditional libraries, which accommodates with the development of knowledge economy and global economy. The construction of digital libraries is related to a series of new issues of copyright protection. The author illustrates this aspect from several areas such as library information resources development, user services and the management of digital libraries. Finally, the author suggests the countermeasures of copyright protection in the construction of digital libraries.
