Public library participating in the construction of the cultural tourism and the tourist culture will be a new field which has potential development and wide foreground. In the article we'll discuss on the relationship between them and the thought of the participation in the construction of the tourist culture, and according to the practice and experience of the public libraries' service on the cultural tourism all over the country, mainly put forward that starting with eleven aspects, relying on tourist cultural construction, excavating internal potential and advantage, developing fields and levels of the library service, so as to setting up the new face with tourist culture brand.
