目的 探讨针刺疗法择期介入与电疗相结合的方法综合治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效 ,旨在更好地提高周围性面神经炎的临床康复率。方法 采用针刺疗法择期介入与电疗相结合的方法综合治疗周围性面神经炎 ,并随机分组 (治疗组 75例 ,对照组 5 0例 )进行疗效观察。结果 两组痊愈显效率比较 ,P <0 .0 1,有非常显著性差异。结论 针刺疗法择期介入综合治疗周围性面神经炎疗效显著 ,恢复快 。

Objective It is to study the clinical effect of acupuncture pick a date to get involved combine with electrotherapy on peripheral facial neuritis in order to increase the clinical recovery rate of peripheral facial neuritis. Methods Acupuncture pick a date to get involved combined with electrotherapy was adopted to treat peripheral facial neuritis. Curative effects in randomly divided groups (75 cases in treatment group, 50 cases in control group) were observed. Results There were very significant differences between curative ratio and effective ratio in two groups ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture pick a date to get involved in comprehensive therapeutics has obvious curative effect, quick instauration, without sequelae and can shorten treatment course.
