论新型干法窑的煅烧工艺特点及相应的熟料率值

Discussion on burning process of new dry process kiln and the corresponding moduli of clinker to be adopted

本文阐述了新型干法窑煅烧工艺的特点,并指出相应的熟料率值应是高硅酸率低液相量。从节能角度出发,适当降低石灰饱和系数和放宽生料细度是合适的。在生产实践中发现新型干法窑对处理原料结晶石英有很强的能力,作者提出了一些推断,与大家探讨。

This paper describes the features of burning technology in new dry process kiln, the moduli of clinker should be high silica modulus and low liquid content. Based on the energy saving requirement, lowering the lime saturation factor and fineness of raw meal are necessary. It has been found in practice that the capability of combination of crystalline quartz in such kiln is very high. Therefore, the author gives some suggestions for discussion.
