摘要
随着知识管理在现代企业中的应用越来越广泛,我们发现将知识管理应用于提高高等学校核心竞争力的过程也很有必要。本文从探讨知识管理的过程出发,分析了知识管理在高等学校应用过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
With the application of knowledge management to modern enterprise becoming wider, it's awfully necessary to apply knowledge management to higher school in order to improve its corn competitiveness. Studying the processes of knowledge management, this paper analyses problems in the process of application of knowledge management to higher school and puts forward some proposals to settle those problems.
