摘要
教师教育一体化已经成为促进教师教育发展和提高教师社会地位的成功策略,极大地推动了许多国家教师教育新理念和新制度的建立。强化高师教育在教师教育一体化中具有显著的"奠基"功能和承前启后的"桥梁"作用,重新审视高师教育的人才培养观念,形成新的人才素质结构,主动适应基础教育的需要,促进高师教育专业教学质量和人才质量的提高。
The integration of teacher education has become a successful strategy in the speeding up the development of teacher education and improving the raise of teachers' social status. It's further promoted the establishment of notions in teacher education all around the world. Much emphasis should be placed on the research of the functions of 'laying a solid base' and 'bridging the gap' in the integration of teacher education. The traditional concept of talent development in teacher education should be reconsidered so as to bring into being the new restructuring of the talents' quality in order to meet the needs of the basic education and further improve both the quality of the teacher education and the quality of the talents.
