摘要
从食用紫菜中用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠提取纯化出一种(1→4)甘露聚糖,该甘露聚糖的纯度用高效液相色谱和超离心分析进行鉴定;其结构分别用碳-13核磁共振谱图分析、甲基化分析、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解实验等,确定其主链为(1→4)甘露聚糖,侧链为O-6位上连有甘露糖残基.
Mancan(1→4) is isolated from 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide extract of Laver. Mancan is homogeneous by HPLC and ultracentrifugal analysis. From the results of 13C-NMR spectra, methylation analysis, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation, it is concluded that Mancan has a main chain composed of (1→4)-linkage. Side chain is D-Mancopyranosyl group at O-6 linked main chain.
