摘要
我国高校目前普遍实行的教师工作量制度,对调动教师积极性,完成教学科研任务,提高教学质量起到了一定作用. 阐述了现行工作量制度存在的问题,提出了运用激励机制完善教师工作量制度的几点建议.
Institutions of higher learning in China are universally carrying out the system for the calculation of teachers?work amount which can arouse the enthusiasm of teachers,fulfill teaching and scientific research task and improve teaching quality. This paper studies the problems in the present system for the calculation of teachers?work amount and presents some operational mechanism which can perfect the system.
