摘要
以云南曲靖灌区为例 ,采用大系统分解协调技术对大型灌区水库群系统水资源优化配置问题进行了分析和研究 ;构建了水资源系统两级递阶分解协调模型 。
A large-scale system decomposition -coordination technique was applied to analyze and study the optimization allocation of water resources of multi-reservoirs system in large irrigation areas with an example of Qujing irrigation area in Yunnan Province. The optimization operation model with the two-level hierarchical decomposition-coordination was established. The program diagrams of optimal decision algorithm were given. The results provided scientific basis for the water operation in other irrigation areas.
