在对基于GSM网短消息业务(SMS)通讯结构特点、AT指令、收发短信息的格式、编码与解码方法研究的基础上,介绍了基于GSM网的远程数据采集系统的软/硬件设计方案,该设计已被开发应用于水情自动测报系统,经实践验证,获得了满意的效果。

Based on the study of AT instructions, receiving and transmitting short messages format, coding and decode method, the teledata collection system hardware and software design scheme which based on SMS communication is introduced. This design has been used in a practical engineering and a satisfactory purpose has been obtained.
