摘要
报道1986年1月～1996年6月278例直肠癌前切除术后发生吻合口漏25例。提出术后临床上体温、血象、体征及引流物异常有助于吻合口漏的早期诊断。治疗上以个体化原则进行。结果：23例漏口愈合，平均时间16天，另2例分别在35天及58天愈合。本组病例随访2～4.5年，4例发生吻合口狭窄，21例排便正常。
Background／Aims:To explore the experience of prevention and tretment of anastomotic leakage after anterior peritoneal resection(APR)of rectal carcinoma.Methods: A retrograde analysis was made in 25 cases of anastomotic leakage among 278 cases of APR between January 1986 and July 1996 in our hospital.The early clinical manifestation and diagnosis were elucidated in detail.Results:Period of healing:23(92％)cases in 16(12～21) days,one case in 35 days and one case in 58 days,anastomotic stenosis occured in four cases.Conclusions:The active prophylactic and therapeutic procedures discussed here are of great help for dimimishing postoperative complication and improving therapeutic results．
