The Prevention and Control Aflatoxin Contamination in Preharvest Peanut

摘要 根据花生收获前黄曲霉感染因素,探讨了收获前栽培管理、病虫害防治和遗传控制等一系列措施,综合预防控制花生黄曲霉毒素污染。 On the basis of factors of aflatoxin contamination in preharvest peanut, it is suggested that aflatoxin contamination in preharvest peanut can be controlled and prevented by the planting management, the measure of prevention and cure peanut diseases and insect pests and planting peanut varieties with resistance to Aspergillus flavus invasion and to other peanut diseases and insect pests.
