医院感染监控管理综合评估在医院管理中的应用

The Application of the Synthetic Evaluation of the Surveillance and the Management of the Nosocomical Infection in the Hospital Management.

目的 对医院感染监控管理进行全面、综合的评估。方法 应用综合评估指标体系,对监控工作进行量化评估。结果 甲、乙、丙医院综合评定状态(S_A)分别为78.0、21.7、12.9,甲医院感染监控质量高。结论 建立的医院感染监控管理综合评估体系具有较强的科学性和可行性。

Objective To evaluate the surveillance and the management of the nosocomical infection overally and synt hetically. Methods Apply a set of synthetical evaluation target system to evaluate the quality of the surveillance and the management of the nosocomical infection. Results The synthetical evaluation state (Sa) of the target hospital A, B, and C were 78.0, 21.07, 12.9 respectively. Hospital A took the leading place. Condusion It is scientific and feasible value to evaluate the quality of the surveillance and the management of the nosocomical infection by means of this synthetical evaluation system.
