摘要
坝系的最佳建筑顺序基本上与坝系中各坝经济效益的大小顺序一致,而间隔时间则受各坝自然淤积期和计算期的双重影响。文章首先解决了坝系中各坝实际淤积期的计算问题,在此基础上,采用非线性规划的方法,以各坝建筑时间为决策变量,按经济效益最大,兼顾社会效益的原则来建立数学模型,解决了淤地坝系的最佳建筑顺序及间隔时间的计算问题。
The optimum building order of dam system is coincide with the economic effect degree of every dam in system, and the time interval in influenced by the period of natural depositing and calculation of every dam. In this paper, The calculation for actual depositing period of every dam in system is solved at first. Then, Useing the method of nonlinear programming, Taking the building time of every dam as policy decision variable, And establishing the mathematical model according to the prin- ciple for the maximum economic effect and giving considerations to the social effect. Thus, the question of calculation for optimum building order and time interval of silt arrester system is solved.
