建设水土保持型生态农业

The Construction of Water and Soil Conservation Type of Ecological Agriculture

根据多年的水土保持科研成果和生产实践经验,总结出在水土流失地区,农业发展的战略目标应是建设水土保持型生态农业。并阐明了该目标的指导方略,即,以强化降水就地入渗防治水土流失为中心,土地资源合理利用为前提;以建造植被,建设基本农田,发展经济林和养殖业为主导措施;建设水土保持型生态农业的体系,达到农、林、牧综合发展,生产经济良性循环。首次提出了水土保持型生态农业组成体系与分段实施理论及其标准。

Based on many years' research achievements and productive ex- perience of water and soil consertvation, this paper points out that the stra- tegical objective of agricultural development in the eroded area should be to construct water and soil conservation type of ecological agriculture. Also, this paper indicates the guiding strategies clearly, i.e. with the intensification of where rainfall water falls should be stored into soil as the center to cure water and soil losses, the rational use of land re- sources as the prerequisite, and the construction of vegetation and basic farmland and the development of economic forests and animal raising as the guiding measures, water and soil conservation type of ecological agriculture should be developed so as to achieve the comprehensive deve- lopment of agriculture, forestry, and animal husbandry, and the good cycle of production and economy. As a result, this paper first advances the composition system of water and soil conservation type of agricul- ture, the theory and criteria of its implementation in sections.
