摘要
从对黄河流域70多年气象、水文等资料的分析入手,阐明了气候变迁、引水灌溉及水利、水土保持工程等因素对黄河水沙变化特征的影响。进而指出,当今黄河的水沙状况除受自然因素制约外,已在很大程度上为社会、经济等人为因素所影响。
Starting with the analysis on meteorological and hydrologic data more than 70 years in the Yellow River valley, the influence climate variation, irrigation by channeling water, and projects of water conservancy and soil-water conservation ect. was expound. Then, it was demonstrated that the runoff and sediment state in the Yellow River,at present,was influenced by artificial factors such as society and economy to a great extent,besides be restricted by physical factors.
