腰骶部针刺治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of pelvic inflammation treated with acupuncture at Lumbosacral point

目的 :采用腰骶部穴位结合电直治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效观察 ;方法 :选择门诊病例共 6 8例 ,随机分成二组 ,治疗组全部用腰骶部穴 ,对照组用常规取穴法 ,二者均用TDP神灯 ;结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 97.14 %和 90 .91% ,痊愈率分别为 5 7.14 %和 4 2 .4 2 % ,组间进行X2 检验 ,结果 :前者P >0 .0 5 ;后者P <0 .0 5 ,二组治疗疗程之间对比 ,有效率比较P >0 .0 5 ,痊愈率P <0 .0 5 ;结论 :二组治疗方法对此病都有效 ,但治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组。而随着治疗时间的增加 ,其痊愈率也明显增高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pelvic inflammation treated with acupuncture at Lumbosacral point.Method:The 68 patiens from out-patient clinic were divided into two groups.The selective points of the treatment group was at Lumbosacral locus,while the controlled group was routine method,but TDP irradiation was adopted by both.Results:In the total effective rate,the treatment group was 97.14% ,the controlled group was 42.42%.While,in the healing rate,the treatment group was 57.14%,the controlled group was 42.42%.By statistics,the results of the X 2 showed that the treatment group was better than the controlled group in healing rate ( P <0.05),while both was identical ( P >0.05) in the total effective rate.Conclution:Both were effective,but the treatment group was better than the controlled group in healing rate.
