针药联用治疗婴幼儿腹泻

Clinical observation of infantile diarrhea treated with acupuncture and medicine

目的 :观察针药联用治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效。方法 :针刺中脘穴与口服山药粥结合 ,日各 1次。结果 :治疗 6 8例 ,治愈 5 7例 ,显效 7例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率 94 %。结论 :本疗法具有健脾补肾涩肠 ,利湿缓急止痛的功效。对于轻中度婴幼儿腹泻 ,疗效确切 ,且方法简便易行。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of infantile diarrhea treated with acupuncture and medicine.Method:Acupuncture at Zhongwan point and common yam rhizome porridge were adopted.Results:In 68 cases,57 was healed and 7 was improved,while 4 was inefficiency.The total effective rate was 94%.Conclution:The therapeusis had invigorating spleen,tonifying and astringing intestines,elimination of dampness and relieving spasm and stopping pain.In clinic,the method fit the mild and moderate patiens.
