通心络胶囊抑制再灌注心肌细胞凋亡的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨中药通心络囊对抗缺血再灌注诱发的心肌细胞凋亡的机理。方法 :治疗组分通心络胶囊高、中、低三个剂量组 ,消心痛为对照组 ,观察小鼠缺血再灌注模型心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)水平 ,分析心肌细胞凋亡指数和凋亡相关蛋白bcl 2、bax表达水平。结果 :通心络胶囊可提高缺血再灌注心肌SOD活性、降低MDA水平 ;可通过上调bcl 2、下调bax的表达 ,明显抑制缺血再灌注所致的心肌细胞凋亡。结论 :通心络胶囊对于心肌缺血和缺血后再灌注导致的心肌细胞损伤均有很好的保护作用。 Objective: To find out the mechanism of Tongxinluo Capsule on anti-apoptosis of cardiac myocyte due to ischemia/reperfusion. Methods: Mouse myocardium of ischemia/reperfusion model was observed for evaluating the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),the level of malondialdehyde (MDA),the apoptotic index of cardial myocyte and the expression of apoptosis correlation protein bcl-2 and bax. Results:Tongxinluo Capsule could raise the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA. And it could depress cardial myocyte apoptosis caused by ischemia/reperfusion through up-regulating bcl-2 expression and down-regulating bax expression. Conclusion:Tongxinluo Capsule could protect cardial myocyte well to avoid injury due to ischemia and reperfusion.
