摘要
为了深入了解便携式风力灭火机风机内部的气体流动规律,应用计算流体力学对风机内部三维气体流动进行了数值模拟计算与分析。介绍了计算中的控制微分方程、紊流子模型、三维几何模型的建立方法与流动区域的离散化等,并对计算结果进行了分析,结果可为便携式风力灭火机性能的改进提供依据。
In order to understand the flow pattern in the blower of portable pneumatic extinguisher thoroughly,computational fluid dynamics is applied and the three dimensional air flow in the blower is numerically simulated and analyzed.The control differential equations,turbulence submodel,build of three dimensional geometry model,division of the flow zone and so on are presented,which the calculating results are discussed.The simulation and analysis lay a good foundation for further improvement of the portable pneumatic extinguisher's performance.
