摘要
调查了南京紫金山地区 7个小水体 10个样点的底栖动物 ,采用Pearson相关系数分析了 14个生物指数间的相关性 ,从中筛选出 6个相关性低的指数较适合于紫金山地区小水体生物评价 ,即生物指数 (BI)、总分类单元数、摇蚊 %、摇蚊分类单元数、 (甲壳动物 +软体动物 ) %和ET分类单元数。 6个指数与理化指标总氮 (TN)、总磷 (TP)、高锰酸盐指数 (IMn)、化学需氧量 (CODCr)间的Spearman相关性分析表明 ,TP和BI以及TP和 (甲壳动物 +软体动物 ) %之间均有很高的相关性 (r =0 92 8和r=- 0 985 )。
Ten benthic macroinvertebrate assemblages were sampled from 7 small water bodies in Zijinshan Mountain,Nanjing,China.Fourteen candidate metrics were calculated and the results of Pearson′s correlation analysis of the metrics showed that six metrics:BI,Total number of taxa,Chironomidae %,Chironomidae taxa,(Mollusca+Crustacea)% and ET(Ephemeroptera and Trichoptera)taxa had low Pearson′s efficiency and were selected as represents for bioassessment of small water bodies in Zijin-shan Mountain.Correlation analysis among six metrics and four chemical factors,TN,TP,I Mn and COD Cr showed that between BI and TP,(Mollusca+Crustacea)% and TP had high correlation efficiency(r=0.928 and r=-0.985) respecitively.
