黄芩苷-β-环糊精包合物的研究

Study of inclusion compound of baicalin and β-cyclodextrin

用溶液 -电动搅拌法制备黄芩苷 - β-环糊精包合物 ,HPL C法测定其含量。结果黄芩苷 - β-环糊精包合物与物理混合物的红外 (IR)及 X-射线衍射图谱均有明显差异 ,表明黄芩苷与 β-环糊精包合成功。

Object: To choose the best method of β-cyclodextrin including baicalin. Methods: Baicalin-β-CD inclusion compound was prepared by electric stirring method and the baicalin content in it was calibrated by HPLC. Results: The IR and X-ray graphs of the pure complex and the inclusion compound of baicalin-β-CD are clearly different. Conclusion: The inclusion compound of baicalin-β-CD was formed and a new physical phase was formed between baicalin and β-CD.
