摘要
选用健康成年 Wistar大鼠 72只 ,随机分为 6组 ,分别为中药复方 I、II、III组、阳性对照组、空白对照组和正常组。给药 2周后 ,进行常压耐缺氧实验 ,测定存活时间、血清皮质酮、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)和胰岛素水平的变化以及对肾上腺皮质束状带细胞超微结构观察。结果表明 :各复方组和阳性对照组均能显著延长大鼠的常压耐缺氧时间 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,其中复方 III组作用效果最好 (P<0 .0 1) ;各复方组和阳性对照组胰岛素浓度均显著高于空白对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;各复方组和阳性对照组血清皮质酮、促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)浓度均显著低于空白对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;各中药复方组和阳性对照组对肾上腺皮质束状带细胞具有保护作用。结果表明 ,各中药复方和阳性对照药物均能提高机体耐缺氧能力 ,减轻缺氧对机体造成的损伤。
Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups and three traditional medicine formulas for screening were all composed of several component that have the function of enhance the ability of hypoxia -resistance. All the groups were administrated for 2 weeks and the hypoxia -resistance effect of the traditional medicine formulas and the vitamin formula to rats were examined through hypoxia and serum hormones. The results showed that the living time of rats of three traditional Chinese medicine formulas groups were significantly longer (P<0.01) than that of negative control group rats, and the living time of formula 3 group was longer than that of the group2,group 3 and positive control group. The serum cortisol concentration of the Chinese traditional medicine formula group rats and positive control group rats were higher significantly than that of negativecontrol group. It was concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine formula can enhance the hypoxia-resistance of rats by altering the serum concentration and lessen the impairment to cell membrane and organelle caused by superoxide and accelerating energy metabolism.Three traditional Chinese medicinal formulas agents could improve the hypoxia-resistance of rats through complicated mechanism by regulating the activity of neuroendocrine and lighting the hypoxia stress respons.
