The Mental Process of Reading and the Enhancing of Reading Efficiency

目的 了解个体阅读的心理过程 ,寻找提高阅读效率的途径。方法 查阅近期 6篇相关文献 ,分析学生阅读现状。结果 个体阅读的心理过程主要包括信息输入、感知理解和加工储存 3个阶段。有些学生在阅读过程中存在着许多问题。阅读速度慢 ,注意力涣散 ,缺乏整体阅读观念等。导致他们的阅读效率低 ,严重影响他们的学业成绩和身心发展。结论 可以从 3个方面提高学生的阅读效率 :信息输入规范化 ,心理词典条理化 ,知识表征形象化 ;注意力集中 ,目的性突出 ,整体性阅读 ;一训 ,二练 ,三培养。

Objective To learn the mental process of individual reading and look for the mean of enhancing reading efficiency.Methods Consulting the correlation literature and analyzing the actuality of students' reading.Results The mental processes of individual reading consist mainly of three stages.They are the information input,perceptive comprehension and processing store and so on.Some students have many reading problems during the reading:the reading velocity is slower;the attention is scatter;lacking of the idea of unit reading.Those reasons result in their lower reading efficiency.These phenomena have influenced on their performance and the development of the mental and physics.Conclusion We can promote the reading efficiency of students from three aspects as follow:standardizing the information input,systematizing the mental dictionary and visualizing knowledge presentation;concentrating attention,Outstanding reading aims and enhancing union reading;Training,practice and fostering.
