骨外科疾病患者抑郁情绪调查及相关因素分析

Investigations of Depressive Emotion and Analyses of Related Factors in Arthrosteopedic Patients

目的 了解骨外科疾病患者抑郁情绪的发生率 ,初步分析相关影响因素。方法 应用汉密顿抑郁量表 ( HAMD)为评定工具。对综合医院骨外科住院的 80例骨折患者进行调查。结果 住院骨折患者抑郁情绪发生率为 68.75 %,其中重度7.5 0 %、中度 46.2 5 %、轻度 1 5 .0 0 %;骨折患者的 HAMD总分受性别、年龄、职业、骨折严重程度 ,骨折病程等因素的影响。结论 住院骨外科疾病患者大部分存在不同程度抑郁情绪 。

Objective To investigate the incidence of depressive emotion in arthrosteopedic patients and initially analyze related factors.Methods Eighty fracture inpatients in general hospital were investigated with HAMD.Results The incidence of depressive emotion was 68.75%;severe depressive emotion was 7.5%,moderate 46.2% and mild 15.0%;total score of HAMD was affected by such factors as sex,age,occupation,severity and course of fracture etc.Conclusion Most of inpatients in arthrosteopedic patients has varied depressive emotion,and early psycho intervention should be conducted.
