摘要
杂种优势是提高作物产量的重要途径。综述了针对植物杂种优势遗传机制的研究进展与现状,从分子水平上提出了杂种优势与QTL效应、基因组杂合性、基因表达调控及基因组互补的关系,并对植物杂种优势的研究方向进行了展望。
Heterosis is an important path to increase crop yield. The research advance and present conditions of the heredity mechanism on plant heterosis are summarized.From the relationship on molecular level between heterosis and the effect of QTLs, gene heterozyosity, gene expressing and controlling, gene complement, the heredity mechanism is studied. The orientation of plant heterosis research is put forward.
