复方木鸡冲剂治疗乙型肝炎肝硬变临床研究

Clinical Observation on Fufang Muji Chongji in Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B and Cirrhosis

目的 :探讨复方木鸡冲剂抗肝纤维化和降甲胎蛋白 (AFP)作用。方法 :将慢性乙型肝炎肝硬变病人 89例随机分为木鸡组 (治疗组 )及对照组 ,分别于治疗前后检测肝纤维化血清学指标 (HA、PCⅢ、LN、Ⅳ -C)和血清AFP水平。结果 :治疗组治疗后肝纤维化指标和AFP水平均明显下降 ,与治疗组及对照组治疗后比较 ,差异显著(P <0 0 1)。结论 :复方木鸡冲剂有明显的抗肝纤维化和降低血AFP的作用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Fufang Muji chongji on serum fibrosis marks hyaluronic acid(HA),procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),collagen type Ⅳ(Ⅳ-c),Laminin(LN) and Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)Levels in chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis.Methods:89 patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis were divided into two groups:Muji group(45 patients)and the control group(44 patients).The levels of serum of fibrosis marks and AFP were proved before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The serum parameters of fibrosis and AFP all significantly changed after 3 mouths of treatment in muji groups(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Fufang muji chongji had the effects of autifibrosis and decrease AFP.
