固通结合针刺对高脂血症血清NO NOS的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :观察“固通结合”针刺取穴对高脂血症患者血清一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)等的影响。方法 :将 4 5例患者随机分为 3组 (均嘱予低脂饮食 ) :药物组、针刺组和对照组。入院次日测血脂 (TC、TG、HDL、LDL)、NO、NOS ,并计算致动脉粥样硬化指数 (AI:ApoB/ApoAⅠ )。治疗后复查上述各项指标。结果 :针刺组与药物组对脂类代谢有不同程度的改善 ,组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;针刺组与药物组血清NO、NOS在原低水平上有不同程度的升高 ,两组间比较 ,针刺组效果更好 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺调整脂类代谢疗效确切 ,其作用机制可能与提高高脂血症患者血NO、NOS有关。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on blood nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) of patients with hyperlipemia according to combination of reinforcement and elimination.Methods:Forty-five patients with hyperlipemia were divided into three groups at random(all were asked to take low lipid food):drug group,acupuncture group and control group.The elbow venous blood of all patients was collected to examine the level of blood lipid(TC, TG,HDL,LDL),NO and NOS before and after the treatment.The AI was calculated accordingly.Results:Drug group and acupuncture group demonstrated significant improvement in blood lipid and AI.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The level of blood NO and NOS in drug group and acupuncture group increased after the treatment.The increase in acupuncture group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has reliable effect of regulating the metabolism of lipid.Its regulatory mechanism may be relevant to increasing the blood NO and NOS of hyperlipemia patients so as to prevent the progress of AS.
